Description: TPD experiment from 6 to 12K with 4.7ML of neon ice deposited on Ruthénium (Ru) substrate at 6K. The uncertainty of the temperature is 0.7K. Since no specific uncertainty value is provided for the binding energy and the pre-exponential factor, a 10% uncertainty is applied. Different desorption peaks are observed in Fig. 11, corresponding to the different layers, where the second layer can be estimated to be around 267K and the multilayer at 237K.
